WILDEARTH Climate Action Team meeting, Friday Jan. 22, 7 pm

The WildEarth Climate Action team will meet at  Fred Peterson's home, in the Circle C area.  For Fred's address or for directions, call Susan Lippman (even at the very last moment) at 5128100236 (cell), or email climateteam@wildflowerchurch.org .   This will be an important meeting for setting our directions for 2016. Suggestions so far are: 

• Presenting a climate education course
• Preparing to participate in Earth Day
• Increasing our intersectional support of other environmental- and climate-justice initiatives in Austin.  

We will probably begin with a program or at least a discussion of the Paris climate deal. 

 For future meetings, the team will aim for 2nd Thursdays. Previously we had surmised that the next meeting in February  would be on the 18th due to a space conflict, but in fact we now plan to meet on the second Thursday, February 11th.
