WILDEARTH CLIMATE ACTION TEAM EARTH DAY
PREPARATIONS, THURSDAY, APRIL 7, 7-9:30 PM :
The
Climate Team meets a week earlier than usual this month, on Thursday, APRIL 7, at 7 pm, the home of
Fred Peterson, in the Circle C area. We will be focusing on
preparations for Earth day:
Saturday
April 23, we will host a table at the Austin Earth Day Festival, noon-7pm, at
Mueller (Browning Hanger), with free wildflower seeds, children’s activities,
information about religion and climate change, and “Top 5” handouts on
most-effective ways to take action on climate change. Check http://earthdayaustin.com/

We are also collaborating with Wildflower Earthseeds to create a
couple Earth-centered rituals, probably Thursday April 21 at Frances Osborne’s,
and another short one outdoors on our campus on Sunday April 24th,
as well as contributions to our service.
