respond to plans to dramatically increase leases for offshore drilling of oil
and gas, we will gather, with pens or laptops, as the People’s Ocean + Energy Management (POEM)
Assembly to send official comments to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). Well-informed
members will be present with ideas, literature, BOEM handouts, encouragement,
and a good dose of outrage.
